This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with specific knowledge relating to conflict resolution in the workplace.
Outcomes
On successful completion of this course participants will have the necessary information to be able to plan and implement conflict resolution in the workplace and at home. Participants will learn what some of the common reasons for conflict are, how to avoid conflict in the first place, how some forms of conflict can be useful, and how to find common ground in order to understand what both sides of the conflict want. They will also learn how to adapt a 7-step resolution process to help resolve conflict inside and outside of the workplace.
