This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with general knowledge of the legal requirements, basic principles, and practices relating to equal employment and anti-discrimination in the workplace.

Outcomes

On successful completion of this course, participants will have the necessary information to be able to respond correctly to discrimination in the workplace. Participants will also be aware of their legal obligations as an employee or employer, their rights to an equal opportunity workplace, and how to correctly identify whether certain discriminatory behaviour should be reported or not.
