    This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with general knowledge of the basic principles and practices relating to workplace ergonomics.

    Outcomes

    On successful completion of this course participants will have the necessary information to be able to set up their workstation correctly, including their computer, computer accessories, desk, chair and laptop. Participants will also gain a strong knowledge of the importance of proper workplace ergonomics, how to deal with workplace noise and harsh lighting, and why correct posture is important.
