Designed for
This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with general knowledge of the legal requirements, basic principles, and practices relating to the responsible service of alcohol. This course is suitable for Qld, NT, SA, WA, NT and TAS. Victoria and New South Wales require Responsible Service of Alcohol training to be delivered face to face.
Outcomes
On successful completion of this course participants will have the necessary information to be able to responsibly serve alcohol and obtain an RSA Certificate in one of the above mentioned states. Participants will also become aware of their legal obligations as providers of alcohol, how to identify when an individual is drunk or intoxicated, and the effects improper alcohol consumption can have on individuals and the community.
Assessment
The online course contains a built in assessment. Part 2 of the Responsible Service of Alcohol assessment will be conducted via a brief phone interview to ensure you understand what is required to handle and serve alcohol in Australia.

You will need to provide the assessor with your full name, date of birth, date of enrolment and USI to enable us to verify your identity and you will need to verbalise your responses to three sample scenarios. The phone assessment itself should take less than 5 minutes.
