Specifications and Requirements for Position

  • Should have a strong analytical and problem solving skill related to software and computer system
  • Should have a very good communication skill
  • Must have a hand on experience with preparing technical documents and presentations
  • Must be willing to work in odd hours (Night shift of 10 PM to 6 AM)

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Management or related field.

Job description and Responsibilities

We specializes in Creating, Providing and Sharing online training materials across systems. IT Supports are primarily responsible for:

  • Providing technical and intercom support to Development and Production department as well as to external client who uses our software
  • Performing alpha and beta testing of software in development and production environment
  • Performing alpha and beta testing of  LMS courses in development and production environment
  • Reporting to respective development and production manager
  • Co-ordinating with foreign clients to have their software and system related problem solved
  • Co-ordinating with Support Lead for planning and processing
